About Me
With over a decade of experience in the food service industry, I've traversed various roles – from baker to cheesemonger, private chef to head chef, barista to restaurant manager. I attended culinary school at the natural gourmet institute, where I studied health-supportive culinary arts. Additionally, I've had the privilege of apprenticing under esteemed mentors in the herbalism community.
My mission is to synergize my expertise in herbalism with health-supportive cuisine, tailoring freshly made meals to address clients' individual health needs and aspirations. I prioritize sourcing seasonal, environmentally conscious produce, ensuring each dish not only delights the palate but also nurtures the well-being of our bodies in alignment with the earth.
About me
In my studies, I have understood how to cook an array of diets including Ayurveda and Macrobiotic, as well as cooking with dietary restrictions and health concerns in mind. I work with clients the same way a nutritionist would, in that I make highly curated protocols in the form of meals, with the addition of herbal remedies where needed. I strive to be as zero-waste as possible, and always prioritize sustainability and seasonality when creating menus.
